A trio of musical acts from Kentucky will be featured on the Concert Series produced by DittyTV, the Memphis-based television network dedicated to Americana and Roots music.
Country singer Jeremy Pinnell, who hails from Burlington, is part of the line-up. The network described Pinnell as performing "hard-scrabble honky-tonk" music. His performance airs Friday, June 7 at 2 p.m. (Eastern time).
Short & Company, with ties to Paducah and Jackson, will be shown on Thursday at 2 p.m. and J.D. Wilkes, of Paducah, will be seen on Saturday at 2 p.m.
DittyTV is part of the The Ditty Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation, development, and advancement of original Americana and Roots music. The foundation gives artists all of the media from their concert tapings, broadcasts their performance to a global audience, and assists in record and tour promotion, all at no cost to the artist.
DittyTV can be seen on any connected device including SmartTVs, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, ChromeCast, and TiVo-equipped cable boxes
