The 2018 edition of Athens Popfest takes place August 8-11 in Athens, GA at local venues Little Kings Shuffle Club, the Georgia Theatre, and the Foundry. We knew Guided by Voiceswere playing and they’ve now announced the full lineup which also includes The Mummies, Ex Hex, Man or Astroman?, Dean Wareham, His Name Is Alive, Essex Green, Elf Power, Oh OK (the early ’80s band co-fronted Michael Stipe’s sister, Linda), Flasher, and more.
